JC's Midnite Salsas

JC's Salsa

It's taken me years to perfect my Salsa receipe. At first I gave it away only to family and friends. Problem was, they would tell their friends, who would tell their friends until soon I was staying up all night shipping around the country.

I use only the freshest ingredients and use strict quality control, after all, my friends are counting on me! Maybe that's why I've been winning awards across the country (click on the menu and see for yourself). I've also expanded my flavors to include some rather unique and tasty flavors. So come on friend, try a unique taste that'll keep you coming back

HABANERO SALSAS

BLACKOUT

(Level 10) The Smokey flavor with more spice seems to be the favorite here. BlackOut also has a story behind the name, you'll have to ask to find out. Too much may make you BLACKOUT. This salsa was created for the serious chili head. A coworker of mine in Tucson, Arizona just couldn't get enough. It has 7 different peppers in it to make the flavor sting and last. Be Careful!!

HOTTER N' HELL

(Level 9) The Best In The Country. This salsa has won numerous National Fiery Foods Contests for the Best Hot Salsa from 1996 - 2000. The taste is phenomenal and is a reflection of how perfectly mixed ingredients can form the finest Hot and Spicy Gourmet Salsa around. A favorite for all fire eaters.

HELL HOT

( Level 7) Something to dip your tongue in before you jump. This salsa has been tainted with a small amount of the habanero pepper. Not so many peppers to do damage but enough to get you started in the habanero world. This could turn out to be your favorite. I like it.

JALAPENO SALSAS

Chipotle Garlic

(Level 6) JC's Garlic just got better.  If your getting bored with regular garlic, try NEW garlic with Chipotle.  Adds a little of that smokey chipotle flavor with a little extra kick.

HOT

(Level 5) First Place Winner in the 1995 Ventura County Fair, Ca. The Award gave me the inspiration to go from the kitchen to the shelf and enter into the larger manufacturing. Lot more work than I thought. This salsa is just about the right heat level for the general population.

GARLIC

(Level 5) Number One Seller. Fall In Love Again. Most likely the BEST garlic salsa you will ever taste. Just the right amount of garlic to satisfy your taste. Not so over powering to scare your friends and lovers away. In fact, you should always get more than one jar because the first one will not last long when the chips are down.

MEDIUM

(Level 4) Can't go wrong with medium. Full bodied, full flavored salsa for all.  Try some with your favorite steak, hamburger, or chicken.

MILD

(Level 2) The beginners salsa with minor touch of heat. Mild enough for the kids and those afraid of fire. Just add jalapenos if it is not hot enough.
